McGregor was left outside pretty much 24/7 with very little grooming, training, and interaction.  He was so matted we had to shave him down but it will grow out and when his new forever family takes care of him to prevent this from ever happening again!  He was rescued from the "room" by a wonderful volunteer in Las Vegas. 

He is a quick learner but can be very shy at first and will need time to warm up.  This "niceness" is new to him but he is getting very use to it. We think he is around 3 years old. He was recently vetted including a dental.
